2. Data we process

When you visit this website, we process: (a) browsing and technical data — only after you consent does the site collect aggregated visitor statistics through Vercel Web Analytics (see the Cookie Policy), while the hosting provider records technical logs (such as IP address, date and time, and requested pages) required for operation and security; (b) data you provide voluntarily — if you contact us by email, telephone or social media, we process the information you provide (such as your name, contact details and message) solely to reply to you. The site requires no registration and collects no data through online forms.

3. Why we process data and the legal basis

We process data to: enable you to browse the site and ensure its security and proper operation (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); measure aggregated visitor trends to improve the site (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); and reply when you contact us (steps taken at your request, Article 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making and do not process special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR).

4. Who may receive the data

Your data may be processed on our behalf by the following processors: Cosmopoiesi, the agency that builds and manages the site (info@cosmopoiesi.com); and Vercel Inc., provider of the hosting infrastructure and aggregated visitor statistics (Vercel Web Analytics). Some providers may also process data outside the European Union; in that case, transfers take place with the appropriate GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties for their own purposes.

5. How long we retain data

We retain data only for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes described: aggregated statistics for the period useful for analysis, and any contact data for the time needed to handle your request and related obligations.

At any time, you may ask us to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format.
